RAINFALLS BRINGING ARTIFICIAL FLOOD IN GHAZIABAD



In the Shastri Nagar,  the poor drainage system  juxtaposed with incessant rainfalls brings a horrible condition on the day of Raksha Bandhan in 21st  August, 2013. Ghaziabad is a tier-II city where like other tier-II city of 
India, the drainage system is so poor that two hours of incessant rain can make this city fully water clogged.
